Shipping
Australian Stock
All of our air freshener stock is shipped out from our Sydney HQ. We do our best to ship all orders made by 12pm Mon-Fri on the same day to ensure the fastest possible service for our AU & NZ customers.
Average Shipping Time
Australia Post
Australia: 2-6 business days
Express within Australia: 1-2 business days.
New Zealand: 15+ business days
Lost/Missing Packages
We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take responsibility of the original order at no charge.
If you select 'Australia Post Standard Untracked' service during checkout no guarantees can be made for the safe arrival of items once they leave our hands and enter their system. No refunds or reissues will be made for items lost in transit.
